What is pre-ordering?
New products are arriving at Cerulean daily. To prevent you from having to constantly check back to see what is new, we show you what is coming ahead of time and give you an opportunity to shop it before its in stock. Not all of our items will be available for pre-order, but some of our favorites will. You should still check back to see what's new when you can.
 
Why should we pre-order?
As a small retailer, Cerulean only stocks one of each size in an item, and sometimes even less than that. Our mission is to have unique products that you won't see on every girl in town, and so we will always stock a limited quantity. By offering our customers a pre-order option, we are giving you a chance to grab your size in the coveted piece before it sells out. This way you don't have to visit our website daily to make sure you get the opportunity to snatch up your size in a new item. Things can go fast and you deserve the right to get your size. there are some customers who prefer to shop only once a season. Pre-ordering allows you to see most of what we offer and buy a season's worth of clothes and accessories at one time, only having to shop once. 
 
How does it work?
We list the sizes we have on order, and you are allowed to purchase them as if they were in stock. Your credit card will be charged, and any in-stock items on your order will go ahead and ship to you. We will then contact you to confirm that you understood your product was not in stock and to let you know an estimated ship date. As soon as the goods arrive, we ship them off to you directly, and will send an email letting you know that a shipment is on its way. You don't have to do a thing.
 
Any risk?
While rare, it is possible that the manufacturers make a mistake and your size does not arrive. Should this happen, Cerulean will do everything in its power to correct the situation and get your size to you. If unable, you will receive a full refund immediately. If we ship your goods to you and you are not satisfied, a normal return policy applies. We do not allow customers to pre-order multiple sizes, and return the ones that do not fit. You should purchase in good faith what size you expect to wear and allow other customers a chance to get their sizes.
